The A&D HT Series compact scales come with a lot of thought put into their design. The color coded bars allow you to mark the scale with one of 3 included color bars and it comes with a name plate for marking the scales. An added feature is an included carrying case that is stackable with other units for maximum storage and portability. These units feature 8 different weighing units (7 for the HT-300) and come with 4 AA batteris included. An optional AC adapter is available as well as a stainless steel weighing pan.

The A&D SJ series offers excellent performance in a compact package. A generous 7 x 9" weighing pan and large LCD display make using the SJ series incredibly easy. These compact scales are incredibly responsive with a fast 1 second stability time so more work can be done faster. The housing is made of a durable plastic which protects against accidental drops.

The A&D EK-AEP series of balances are intrinsically safe (explosion proof), lightweight, compact and economical. In potentially explosive and hazardous environments, the EK-AEP series is equipped with an optical connector from which it can output weighing results to a device in a distant safe area via optical fiber cable and an optical communication adapter.
