Detecto® - PZ3015L - Food Scale

Detecto's stainless steel PZ3015L features totally touchless zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. This scale allows convenient units switching between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off.

This ingredient scale, with large 0.7" high LCD digits, features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Model PZ3015L features a remote display with a swivel-mount bracket for table or wall mount.
